Acquisitions

TeNEX Code is a parent holding company. Alongside what it builds, it acquires businesses worth improving. It looks for operations where the work is sound and the technology around it is a decade behind. That activity is held privately and is not available for public viewing at this time. Records are maintained by the Office of the Founder and released only to parties with a signed agreement in place.

Non-public Office of the Founder Released under NDA only

What we look for in a business

The same thing we look for in a problem. A real operation carrying real friction: work that costs more than it should, systems nobody has questioned in years, complexity that accumulated by default. Businesses where the people are good and the technology is the bottleneck.

We are not looking to strip anything for parts. We are looking for operations that get fundamentally better with the right technology behind them, and that stay recognisable to the people who already depend on them.

If you are here on business

Companies, founders and intermediaries with a live proposal can request a conversation. State who you represent and what the proposal concerns; we will respond with whether there is anything to discuss.

Speculative enquiries, brokered lists and unsolicited pitch decks are not read. One direct paragraph from a principal will get further than any of them.

What we will not do

  • Confirm or deny a transaction on a public page.
  • Release records to a party without a signed agreement.
  • Publish a counterparty’s name before they have cleared it.
